Louise Charette

Ms. Charette is CHRP, C.O. Organizational and Founding President of Multi Aspects Group Inc. (1989). She is a consultant for public, parapublic and private organizations in OD and training. She is the author of various scientific and professional publications, including a book on working with work teams. In addition to giving several lectures for various organizations, she is a lecturer at Laval University (1985) and UQAC (1992). Holder of two master's degrees, one in orientation, one in industrial relations, and a bachelor's degree in genagogy, her areas of intervention and research focus mainly on team building, the exercise of the advisory role, the accompaniment change, training of trainers, conflict management, etc.

Her strategic approach to consulting and training and her dynamic way of working and sharing among participants has earned her the recognition of her peers and clients.
