Marielle Bourguignon-Cyr

PhD student in organizational psychology and holder of a bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Sherbrooke, Marielle is an intern and consultant in organizational development at Alia Conseil.

Passionate about interpersonal and group dynamics and the understanding of organizational issues, Marielle takes a systemic and collaborative approach in her interventions. She is also working on a doctoral dissertation on immigrant integration in the workplace. She is committed to managing diversity in today's and tomorrow's organizations.

With several years of experience in the community sector, both professionally and voluntarily, Marielle has also gained experience in change management, leadership development, training, diversity management, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, career development, and more. management coaching, community project management and facilitating and facilitating working groups.
